Under authority granted by Colorado state statutes, the Board of Directors of the Clear Creek Valley Water & Sanitation District has adopted Rules and Regulations pertaining to the operation, uses and rate charges within the District. While there are a number of technical regulations that customers would not need to be familiar with, there are several sections which all customers should be familiar with.
Rules & Regulations adopted by the Board of Directors have enforceability similar to ordinances passed by City Counsil within municipalities. For this reason, the Board of Directors feels it is very important that members of the community be aware of what regulations most impact them.
