In case of a sewer back-up emergency, such as water backing up in your bath tub or floor drains, or slow draining or odors, please contact the office first, before calling a plumber. Our employees will come out and inspect the main sewer line to determine whether the blockage is in the main sewer line or your service line.
2025 Budget Discussion and Rates and Fees Increase Discussion - 
December 12, 2024 - Board Meeting:  The Board will discuss a possible increase in the District's rates and fees at the December Board meeting which will be on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at 4:30pm.  Monthly meetings are held at the District office at 5420 Harland Street, Arvada, CO 80002.
